Girl scouting has one program - that of leadership development. Within that overall program focus we have hundreds of program strategies and activities that support our leadership development model of discover, connect and take action. Each "leg" of the leadership model has five outcomes as follows: discover:1. Girls develop a strong sense of self2. Girls develop positive values3. Girls gain practical life skills4.
