The sun network engaged HIV negative women at higher risk of HIV in prevention interventions offered in english and spanish and also for young women under 18. These interventions engaged 183 african american women, 139 young girls and 148 latinas over the 3 year grant period through December 2021. The sun network also engaged 17 community organizations in advocacy initiatives related to HIV, sexual and reproductive health to educate decision makers on the needs of women of color.
