Change the status quo through prevention and awareness engagements; offer hope to all of those scarred by human trafficking. Specific accomplishments: 1. Provided human trafficking prevention and awareness training to thousands in community (citizens, le, parole/probation officers, ems/medical, social workers, lawyers, soldiers) to increase awareness and enhance individual & organizational response to specific human trafficking situations. 2. Conducted multiple strategic level engagements to support change to status quo(polaris project, fox 50 demand reduction, etc.) 3. Maintained a strong continual public awareness anti-human trafficking campaign through social media and other engagements. Objective: 1. Ensure each citizen recognizes the real indicators of human trafficking and is confident in taking the correct actions to report them. 2. Ensure the community realizes that the local anti-human trafficking team takes the human trafficking problem seriously and works hard to counter it.

Mission

Part 1: 5 sparrows works against human trafficking through direct partnerships with law enforcement and victim services organizations; predominately through the provision of direct services, critical resources, and pathways for healing and restoration to human trafficking victims. This organization conducts six primary sub-missions, which are integrated into three main programs: providing direct services to human trafficking victims and support recovery, assisting law enforcement and justice system, changing the status quo.
