Accepted 35 low-income bilingual women into a 16-week medical interpreter certificate job training program, and provided ongoing career advancement services to alumnae community. Services include interpreter education (medical terminology, ethics, interpreting skills, language coaching), financial literacy, mentoring, on-site childcare, transportation assistance, job placement and career coaching.
