Select services were offered via telehealth. 67% of clients receiving care were at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.Planned parenthood is a well-known and trusted provider, consistently delivering compassionate care to our clients in a supportive environment. Our health centers serve as a gateway for our clients to other essential health care services and many of our clients, report that we are their primary source of health care, particularly in rural areas. To provide access for patients who often face barriers to service, planned parenthood offers walk-in appointments and same day scheduling, online appointment scheduling and text or email appointment reminders, telehealth, a centralized refill center, and a commitment to providing inclusive care to all clients.
