Part 1: service focus in alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention; healthy pregnancy/healthy babies; early literacy; mentoring and tutoring; financial literacy and home ownership assistance. - Part 3: adelante, the latino resource center is a latino non-profit organization whose mission is to empower latinos and the community at-large through supportive services, education and advocacy for children and families.
