Community programs: YWCA offers a variety of training and workshops that provide hundreds of individuals, organizations, and businesses the opportunity to engage in social change through participation. The women's leadership, racial justice and restorative justice workshops and training classes help YWCA fulfill its mission of eliminating racism and empowering women and move us towards building a more inclusive community. In 2021, 3,818 people participated in equity programs.

Permanent residents: YWCA operates a 99-unit, historic housing project (hereafter "the project") to provide affordable and safe housing downtown. These include the empower home, family housing stability, house-ability, and third street programming.
