Zeta tau alpha foundation, Inc. Helps to support and educate the public on issues such as drinking responsibly, sexual assault prevention, mental health, and breast cancer awareness. The foundation also supports numerous leadership and educational opportunities for zeta tau alpha members. The breast cancer education and awareness program services approximately 1.7 million people and the leadership development/education program services approximately 120,000 participants.

Zeta tau alpha foundation, Inc. Provides financial aid to qualified college students. In fiscal year 2021, the program serviced 811 students.
