Events: hosting national leadership events which showcase women's progress and prospects in the renewable energy field, as well as providing the impetus for conversations centering on leadership development in the context of industry trends;

Chapter and membership: providing support and information to local chapters in cities and regions across North America, who host a variety of educational and networking events, engage the general public in awareness of renewable energy, and build supportive local communities for women and men across the diverse sectors of renewable energy;

Fellowships/scholarships: furthering the education of women in or interested in the field of wind energy by offering grant support to students, which funds their registration and travel expenses for wind energy conferences;
