Mission

Promote a sense of the living culture of fishing communities by providing education, training, research and support for the conservation of ocean ecosystem, the preservation of maritime heritage, the establishment of transitional and other educational programs for fishermen and family members and charitable and social services for familities in fishing and related industries, especially during times of emergencies and disasters.
