Mission

Provides informational services to members of the public, nurses, physicians and health service personnel regarding the state of affairs faced by all those interested in maternal, fetal and newborn well-being. These information services are provided by establishing conferences at various places throughout the state of New York and disseminating informational flyers and other literature. The nyspa board continues to work closely with the nys dept of health, other statewide organizations with a focus on maternal and child health and our members to identify emerging issues and help disseminate essential information for improved perinatal care.
