The safe harbor battered womens shelter program provides temporary housing, food and clothing for women and their dependent children who are victims of domestic violence, provides information and assistance on housing, legal, welfare aid, employment, educational training, counseling and case management services, and provides childrens services and coordinators to assist and councel child victims of domestic violence.
