Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality health care and information to clients and to serve as advocate and educator to the community on responsible human sexuality. Is an affiliate of planned parenthood federation of America, Inc., The world's largest and most trusted voluntary reproductive health care organization. The planned parenthood south atlantic health center team ensures access to comprehensive reproductive health care by providing services in settings which preserve and protect an individual's right to privacy, dignity,and choice. Services include: -> birth control consultation and supplies,-> gynecological exams and pap tests, -> in-clinic abortion and abortion pill, -> emergency contraception, -> pregnancy testing and options information, -> testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, -> permanent birth control- vasectomy, and -> rapid HIV testing

Planned parenthood south atlantic supports each citizen's right to make informed decisions regarding his or her health. To that end, we work diligently with national, state, and local policy makers to uphold access to comprehensive reproductive health care. We have a large network of grassroots supporters who are committed to defending and increasing access to family planning services, high-quality, nonjudgmental abortion services, and medically-accurate sexuality education.

Planned parenthood south atlantic believes that informed choices begins with education. We work to make a long-term, positive impact on the sexual health of our communities and promote positive sexuality, healthy behavior, and responsible choices, through implementing medically-accurate, intensive and balanced sexuality education programs. Our programs are innovative, bold, and effective tools for preventing adolescent pregnancy and promoting life-long healthy decision making.
